Ross surprised me with a Kindle for Christmas this year and it is wonderful. In fact, I love it so much I thought I would go ahead and put it out there that breastfeeding moms who like to read need a Kindle or similar digital reader. It is nearly impossible to read a traditional book while breastfeeding because you don't always have both hands to hold the book or turn pages. Also, you may (will) lose your place when you put the book down to switch sides (if you do both sides at each feeding). The Kindle allows you to read without losing your place and using just one hand or no hands if need be! Another bonus is that the Kindle allows you to adjust the font size which is helpful when you may be reading in different light, smaller font during brighter daytime reading and larger font during dimmer evening reading.
